How to create a shipment?

The starting point is having an active account, also known as a customer, and an active user. As an authorized user, GN TEQ LIS enables you to create shipments from scratch through three different streams:

  1. Single shipment from the UI: Add the shipment details, including but not limited to product service, shipper and consignee addresses, items, etc.

  2. List of shipments via bulk Excel upload functionality: Fill in the shipment details in a simple Excel template and upload it to the GN TEQ system.

  3. API integration (PUSH) to the GN TEQ shipment creation API endpoint: Reach out to the GN TEQ support team to get the endpoint, authentication, request and response structures, etc..
